Our AGM was held successfully on 16th Mac 2019.
The maintenance fee for 2019 is RM840. Residents can pay either annually or half yearly.
As approved in the AGM, the RA will replace the current transponder system to a new system that requires no transponder and battery replacement.

Important Annoucement (17th August, 2018)
All residents please be reminded that the maintenance fee shall be paid up front and not after the service period, as
what we have decided and approved during the 2017 AGM and 2018 AGM.
All units with more than one month due will have their access cards deactivated.
Paying maintenance fee is a legally bound duty as soon as we bought a house in Taman Mutiara Indah 2 and 3, as
the clause in clearly stated in the DMC and S&P, regardless of whether we move in or not.
Please do acknowledge that, like all other landed Guarded and Gated housing areas, the security matter of our taman is handled by a
“Persatuan Penduduk” and not a management company. PPTMI committee members are merely volunteers being elected to take care of
the taman matters during the annual AGM. The first priority of PPTMI committee members is to make sure the security can run smoothly,
and to do so we need to ensure every residents pay the maintenance fee promptly.
And as being volunteers, PPTMI committee members don’t draw a single sen of salary from the Persatuan,
we work together with the residents, and definitely not on an employer-employee or company-customer basis.
PPTMI committee members don’t have any obligation to listen to any instructions from any residents.
PPTMI committee members will only carry out what have been decided together by attending residents during the AGM.
Important Annoucement (4th Feb, 2018)
Our AGM was held successfully on 4th Feb 2018.
As approved during the AGM, the maintenance fee for 2018 is RM70 per month.
Residents who have paid the maintenance fee and find their access cards are not working might be caused by faulty cards. Please leave your house and road no to the guards. The committee members will check the status of the cards through the system. DO NOT pass your cards to the guards.
The committee encourage residents to pay the outstanding through online banking.

The committee members will not be able to bank in the cheque for you. Please bank in the cheque yourself, until a clerk is employed to run the errands.
